In this article I’m going to talk about ways to be healthy and what it means to you. Just as the saying goes, “Health is Wealth.” You should never have to spend a penny of your hard earned money on any kind of health product or service when it comes to how you’re going to remain healthy, but how are you going to do it? The first place to start is with what you eat. Eat a balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables and low in unhealthy fats like fast food and fried foods.

Medical research has established that moderate physical activity lowers your risk of heart disease and stroke by 35%, and lowers the risk of type two diabetes by 50% by participating in a daily, uncomplicated, simple lifestyle. It is through these simple yet effective ways to be healthy that so many people can live long, disease-free lives. The 21 Days to Better Living project was created by the United States Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention to bring better awareness to the American public about the importance of better dietary habits and how they can lead to a longer and healthier life.

 

One of the easiest ways to be healthy is to eat less. There are certain foods that your body does not need and that often make you feel bloated or sluggish, or that just plain give you less than you’d expect from your food. Your body needs less food than you think, so make sure to avoid getting sick of those kinds of foods, and you’ll find yourself feeling much healthier. To get started, simply eat less than you normally would each day for at least two weeks.
